If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you didn’t receive what you have ordered, please contact us immediately. We will gladly accept all returns within 7 business days of receipt. We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will do our best to make things right. Just send it back to us and you will get a full product and delivery refund. However, if there is nothing wrong with the product or packaging, we will not accept your refund request after you have made the purchase.

Upon receiving and evaluating your request, we will prepare your return order the following day after your request. The refund will be issued within 24 hours after receiving your return.
Responsibility for Return Delivery Cost
If there is nothing wrong with the product or packaging, the customer will be responsible for the return expenses.
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you submit your return request no later than 7 days after receiving the product.
Your refund will be sent back to the same credit card used in the initial purchase.
