When do you deliver?
Payments can be made anytime, but our deliveries start from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm each day, except Sunday. Orders received and paid for after 1:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day. Orders received and paid for after 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays will be delivered the following Monday. Deliveries are usually made within 2 hours of your order being completed and paid for if you are on the Mainland axis. Island orders may take longer depending on the area. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all locations in Lagos State daily, and other locations outside Lagos.
What are your delivery fees?

Do you have a store or offer pick-up services?
We’re on it! We’re working on creating store options for you to get your Green Delicious Snacks. Stay with us as we get setup.
What happens if I’m not around?
We’ll call you within an hour of your scheduled delivery time.
Someone will need to be at your contact address to receive your order.
We send all orders (except dry goods only) packed freshly.
To ensure an excellent snacking experience, you can reschedule your delivery time in advance to avoid spoilt or damaged products because of logistic issues sometimes.
If our dispatch rider gets to your location and you or your designated contact cannot be reached within 5 mins of his arrival, he will have to leave. As our dispatch riders have multiple deliveries per trip, we cannot keep all our customers waiting. Any additional delivery attempts will be charged for.
How do I change my address?
If you need to change your delivery address, please do so as soon as you can.

How do I cancel my order?
Once you place an order, you have 2 hours to cancel it. Orders cannot be cancelled beyond the 2-hour ordering timeframe as our busy production team would have already begun the magical process of preparing your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products refunds are not granted. To cancel, call 070 4444 4096 or send us a DM on our socials.
My order is nowhere in sight. What should I do?
Normally, you should receive your on your scheduled delivery day. If there is a problem, please get in touch with us immediately.
